Over the years that I have worked as a real estate agent and now a broker, I tried a massive variety of advertising techniques. The problem is: the vast majority of highly-commercialized and common advertising methods just don’t turn results. My father-in-law to-be and real estate broker Bill Stewart always taught me that the best advertising is “belly-to-belly,” or face-to-face with people. While this has been successful and not considering referrals, I’m going to take a leap of faith over the next 7 months and try something completely different.
